Unha vez que se abran, sacamos os berberechos, retiramos a casca e reservamos.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pasar o caldo resultante da cocci\u00f3n dos berberechos por un coador e reservar.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cocer a pasta durante o tempo indicado polo provedor (engadir un pouco de sal mentres se coci\u00f1a xa que o caldo dos berberechos salgar\u00e1 o prato). Unha vez rematado, conservamos un cazo con auga de cocci\u00f3n por se fose necesario.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cortar os allos en rodajas e douralos nunha pota co aceite e a pementa caiena.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cando os allos estean dourados, engadimos o vi\u00f1o xunto co caldo da cocci\u00f3n dos berberechos e deixamos ferver mentres removemos a pota para que se ligue a salsa.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unha vez que a salsa estea lista, baixa o lume, engade a pasta e os berberechos e removemos. Se \u00e9 necesario, engade un pouco de auga da cocci\u00f3n da pasta.
